About The Pond and Garden Tour
Gracious area homeowners allow the
public to view their magnificent ponds and gardens. The day ends with a
relaxing garden party. Volunteers open their homes, distribute tickets,
print programs, put out signs, invite their friends, bid on auction
items and have a great time!

Pond tour: The 2006 Tour Was Scheduled For June 10, 2006, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The gardens we will visit include:

Garden Party
That evening at 7 p.m., at the lovely pond, waterfall and garden of Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Mauldin on Mission Road in Cartersville
Amazing ponds and gardens will be
open for public admiration and inspiration. The self-guided tour visits
both elaborate professional ponds and tiny backyard jewels, each
lovingly created and landscaped by the homeowners.
Pricing
For just $10, attendees can visit
all the ponds. For $35, attendees can tour all the ponds, plus attend
the evening Garden Party.
Party attendees will enjoy lovely
refreshments by Gourmet on the Go, wine from Old Goat Winery, and other
beverages. Live music makes the evening more enchanting. A silent and
live auction will be a highlight of the evening. Featured items so far
include trips, home furniture and accessories, fine art, golf, fine
jewelry, sporting event tickets, several beautiful rugs, binoculars, a
leather recliner, professional work on your own pond or garden, and
much more.
