Annual Meeting – March 12, 2024
Advocates for Children starts each year by thanking donors, volunteers, corporate partners, and other supporters of the organization at our annual appreciation luncheon. Community members gather to celebrate the previous year’s accomplishments, look forward to the year ahead and recognize some of those who dedicate themselves to Advocates’ mission of preventing and treating child abuse in all its forms.
This year, our Annual Meeting was also a celebration of the groundbreaking of Newman House. Anticipated to open in late 2024, Newman House will provide transitional and emergency housing and drop-in services for unhoused youth ages 10-24.
